We connect justice-impacted individuals with mentors who know personally what it takes to rebuild a life after incarceration.

Our mentors have successfully navigated reentry and act as advocates throughout the difficult process of applying for work, temporary housing, and benefits.

How It Works

When someone getting out of prison or jail calls our number, we help them define their reentry goals and match them with a mentor who can help them navigate the maze of reentry.

As they continue along their reentry path, we layer on support for their loved ones, from peers, and from service providers to create a thick support network for their first year back.
